THREE TEENS ACCUSED OF ROBBERY AND MURDER

On March 27, 2009, at approximately 8:30 officers responded to the 3000 block of Brill Circle in reference to one down. Once officers arrived they observed the body of Ngoc Nguyen lying on the ground from a gun shot wound to the back.

The Investigation later revealed that the victim was delivering a pizza to a vacant residence and upon arrival he was confronted by three males. Ngoc Nguyen was pronounced dead at the scene.

Marvin Davis (17), Joshua James (16) and a fifteen-year-old juvenile were all arrested for Robbery 1st Degree and Murder.
