UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATORS CONCLUDE OPERATION RECLAMATION

On August 27, 2009, members of the Mobile Police Department's HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area), MCSENT (Mobile County Street Enforcement Narcotics Team), Narcotics, Intelligence, Tactical Response, and Jaguar Units concluded a three month long undercover operation into possession, distribution, and trafficking of illegal narcotic substances throughout the Theodore area.

The three month long investigation was conducted by undercover officers who purchased illegal drugs from the arrested suspects and from undercover officers that posed as drug dealers in which suspects attempted to purchase drugs from. The operation, which was conducted in three different phases, yielded the arrests of 29 individuals throughout the Theodore area. The following is a list of individuals arrested during the operation.

Investigators are still searching for two suspects wanted in connection with this operation. These individuals are Armond Payne, who has an active attachment for Distribution of a Controlled Substance, and Dwayne Pettaway, who has active attachments for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Probation Violation.
