Starting Salary
The new base starting salary for a City of Mobile police officer is $43,644 plus the following incentives.
Academy Graduates
$43,644 Base Salary
+ $1,300 Per Diem
+ $3,272 Built-in Overtime
+ $1,420 Roll Call Pay
+ $5,200 Incentive upon completion & graduation from the police academy

*Plus, Educational Incentive Pay for associate degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree starting at 5%.
